Outreach policy
How PIMASI contacts businesses
Pimasi Ltd sometimes writes to people at other companies to introduce our technology leadership services. This page explains how we do that and what we never do.
Who we contact
- We write only to people at businesses, at their work email address, about their work. We do not email members of the public.
- We research each company before we write, and we only write when there is a specific reason our services may be relevant, such as a company hiring its first technical leader.
How we write
- Every email comes from Simon Piscitelli and names Pimasi Ltd and our company number.
- We send a short series of no more than 8 emails. If you reply, the series stops.
- Our emails contain no tracking and no links.
- Every email tells you how to stop: reply “stop”. We act on it straight away, and none of our email addresses will write to you again.
What we never do
- We never send bulk or mass email.
- We never buy or rent email lists.
- We never allow anyone else to promote pimasi.com by email on our behalf.
- We never hide who we are or use misleading subject lines.
Your information
- We use publicly available business information and professional data tools to find the right person at a company.
- We follow the UK rules on business email (PECR) and UK GDPR.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected] and we will deal with it promptly.
