A spec, a deadline and no engineers
You have a product to build and nobody to build it. The first version has to exist before the first customer does.
You have a product to build and nobody to build it, or a team too small for what you have promised. PIMASI supplies the team: engineers sourced and managed by PIMASI, embedded in your own processes or run as a separate function, with Simon Piscitelli accountable for the delivery. Engineers can join within two weeks.
You have a product to build and nobody to build it. Or a team too small for what you have already promised.
You have a product to build and nobody to build it. The first version has to exist before the first customer does.
Your second cohort wants integrations, permissions and reporting the codebase cannot take. "We should rebuild it" has been said out loud.
Renewal is coming, and nobody in the building can run the system without them.
Simon Piscitelli, technology director and founder of PIMASI, owns the scope, the sequence, the quality and the date.
The engineers work embedded in your own processes or as a separate function under Simon's management.
PIMASI supplies engineers and the management on top, never a developer by the day. The team always comes with Simon.
The team does the work. The judgement on top is the product.
Free. Thirty minutes.
Bring the product, the deadline and the decision in front of you. The call decides whether a two-week discovery is the right next step.
Fixed fee, agreed on the call.
A build plan you keep whether or not we build it, plus a price for the path it recommends.
The discovery fee is credited in full.
Simon runs the team and owns the scope, the sequence, the quality and the date.
If your decision is already made, we start with a scoped proposal.
A founder came with a deck and no software. Simon built the first product himself, and a month after signing the founder tested the whole flow: buy, pay, swipe, release.
A 27-engineer project about a year behind schedule. Simon brought in an outside engineering company and specialists under him, and inside four months it shipped on the date the business had set.
Bodies without management, the cheapest hands, or a team without Simon are not a fit for PIMASI.
PIMASI brings in the engineers and Simon manages them. They work embedded in your processes or as a separate function. Simon is accountable for scope, sequence, quality and date, including when your business already has a CTO.
Yours, always. On a fixed-price build, PIMASI builds it and hands over the code and the accounts on the final payment. With a team by the month, you pay for the engineers and what they build is yours in real time, in your own repositories. For a supplier takeover, the discovery lists what your business needs to run and change its own software.
Engineers can join within two weeks. The call establishes what you need, and the discovery or scoped proposal sets the team shape and start date.
Two options, both written into the proposal: the same team continues under Simon's management for support, changes and the next phase, or the work is handed over to your own people with the documentation to run it.
Then the plan says so, in writing, with the reasons. You keep it whether or not PIMASI does any further work.
A free thirty-minute call with Simon. Bring the build, the deadline and the decision in front of you. We decide whether a two-week discovery is the right next step.
